Description
Newmark's Debt, Equity & Structured Finance team is seeking an Analyst to join their New York office. This role focuses on hospitality transactions, supporting the team's hospitality practice which involves advising on hotel property and portfolio-level transactions. The analyst will participate in all stages of a transaction, including underwriting, market research, property tours, preparing pitch materials and offering memoranda, marketing, term sheet negotiations, closings, and client interactions.
