StepStone is hiring a Portfolio Analytics and Reporting Analyst to support private markets clients through portfolio reporting, performance monitoring, financial data reconciliation, and periodic reporting processes. The role collaborates with client service teams, serves as a reporting contact for assigned clients, documents client processes, and supports ad hoc projects and operational improvements. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred, along with financial services experience, preferably in private markets, asset management, or investment reporting. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a salary range of $68,000 to $70,000.
