The Configuration Management & Technical Records Specialist supports United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd by implementing FAA and company procedures, maintaining mainframe maintenance forecasts and configuration records, auditing compliance records, coordinating inspections and data migrations, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent aviation maintenance experience, FAA/DGCA records knowledge, mainframe tracking experience, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and support operational calls during weekends and national holidays.
