Description
The role leads customer data cleaning, enrichment, quality, and migration projects for Eaton's electrical North America business. It coordinates with sales, marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain customer master data across TPH, Reltio, ERP, and CRM systems; migrate data from ERP to CRM; identify and close data gaps; ensure data integration; meet SLAs and TATs; and communicate project progress. The position requires a Computer Science or Engineering degree and 4 to 6 years of experience in customer data analysis, management, and data migration, with Azure, Salesforce, C360, SAP, SQL, and data-migration experience preferred.
