Description
Bellwether is hiring an Analyst, Debt to support its commercial real estate debt asset management team. The role involves monitoring and managing debt investment portfolios, analyzing business plans and property operating performance, performing market-level due diligence, maintaining cash flow reforecasting models, preparing investment and portfolio reports, evaluating new debt opportunities, and presenting performance to senior management. The position requires at least one year of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong financial modeling and real estate analytics skills, and travel of 1–2 times per month. It is a regular full-time exempt role reporting to an Associate or Vice President, with a $100,000 base salary plus a discretionary bonus.
