BlackRock is hiring an Analyst, DevOps Engineer for its Service Management team within Mission Control. The role focuses on modernizing service management through automation, software development, AI-enabled operations, observability, reliability, and governance across the Aladdin platform. Responsibilities include building monitoring and recovery tooling, improving alert quality, supporting AI-assisted runbooks and incident summarization, and ensuring automation complies with enterprise controls. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of relevant experience, Python or scripting experience, Linux/Unix familiarity, Microsoft Power Platform experience, and knowledge of monitoring and observability. Preferred qualifications include Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, AI/ML, secure automation, and financial-services experience. The role follows BlackRock’s hybrid model, requiring at least four days in the office per week.
