Description
Eversource is hiring one regular Analyst to provide analytical support for business functions, including process and data analysis, financial and economic analysis, cost-benefit analysis, metric development, reporting, presentations, and special assignments. The role also supports staffing and workforce availability, safety trends, regulatory and compliance tracking, and storm restoration and emergency assignments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and experience, 3–5 years of related experience, analytical and statistical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel; electrical utility experience is preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule requiring at least three office days per week and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, with an annual salary range of $85,750 to $95,280 and potential incentive eligibility.
