Newmont is hiring an onsite IT Support Specialist at its Ahafo North mine site in Ghana. The role supports professional applications and end-user devices, including laptops, cellphones, desktops, printers, scanners, video conference systems, servers, and mobile applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, device configuration, user account and access management, security implementation, asset and record-keeping, vendor and contractor support, and improving digital data services through user feedback. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, at least three years of services or technical support experience in a mining company, and strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
