Description
The employer is seeking an Analyst (f/m/d) for a 12-month, 100% workload public-sector modernization and transformation program starting in Q1 2026. The role is based in Vienna with 1–2 days per week on-site and remote work otherwise, and requires German language proficiency. Responsibilities include business, functional, and technical architecture design, process redesign, requirements engineering, system design, documentation, architecture studies, and third-level support. Candidates need either IT-oriented education plus at least five years of consulting and IT experience, or at least ten years of consulting and IT experience; additional desirable qualifications include architecture project experience, requirements-engineering standards, business-process optimization, technical documentation, complex-failure analysis, and strong German.
