Description
The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis – North LAC supports Mastercard’s North Latin America region by delivering financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, and performance insights. The role partners with Finance Business Partners, Controllers, and business teams to support customer deals, regional priorities, and process improvements, while maintaining financial accuracy and data integrity across multiple countries. It requires at least three years of relevant financial experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
