VRC is hiring a Valuation Analyst to support senior personnel on valuation assignments across business valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, equity compensation, and international tax restructuring. The role involves market research, financial modeling, data gathering, valuation analysis, and preparation of client reports and presentation materials. Candidates should have 0–2 years of financial analysis experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and current United States work authorization without visa sponsorship.
