The Flight Operations Analytics & Safety Insights role supports United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd. by processing safety reports, developing dashboards and recurring reports, analyzing operational and safety data, conducting root-cause analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The position uses Power BI, SQL, Excel, cloud analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and operational performance, while partnering with Flight Operations, Safety, and cross-functional teams.
