Sterling Organization is hiring a Fund Management & Analytics Analyst to support the management and analysis of its commercial retail real estate assets and private equity fund investments. The role is based at the firm’s West Palm Beach headquarters and involves forecasting, cash-flow modeling, IRR and equity multiple analysis, investor reporting, due diligence support, and ad hoc investment analysis. Candidates should be college graduates with 0–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AI tools; ARGUS knowledge is preferred but not required. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with health and dental insurance, a 401(k), and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
