Description
The Analyst - People Analytics will partner with HR and business stakeholders to develop reactive and proactive reporting for people metrics across the employment lifecycle. The role extracts and analyzes data from relational databases and reporting systems, curates data tables and views, builds reports, dashboards, and analytics, identifies actionable insights, and supports data capture and analytical improvements. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, SQL and Python data analysis, AWS, Spark, and Databricks experience, data visualization skills, at least two years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in India without visa sponsorship.
