NAB India is hiring a permanent Analyst- HR Operations in Bengaluru to serve as the primary contact for employee HR queries through Tier 1 helpdesk channels. The role uses ServiceNow to manage and resolve cases, maintains HR policy and procedure knowledge, creates and reviews People and Culture operations standard operating procedures, evaluates responses, escalates complex issues, and recommends process improvements. Candidates should have 6–10 years of relevant experience, prior HR helpdesk and ServiceNow experience, and knowledge of HR policies, automation, and process simplification.
