The Infrastructure Support Analyst provides technical support for infrastructure services, monitors and troubleshoots infrastructure systems, contributes to infrastructure projects, maintains incident documentation, and applies problem-solving and data-analysis skills. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, typically at least two years of relevant work experience, and experience in infrastructure technology analysis; advanced degrees and relevant certifications are preferred.
