The role optimizes inspector routing and schedules through workforce optimization software, analyzes service-delivery reports, coordinates staffing and customer-volume needs, and collaborates with logistics and territory teams to meet client service-level agreements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, business, or supply chain management, strong English communication, advanced Microsoft Excel or business intelligence skills, and the ability to prioritize, analyze data, and adapt to changing business needs.
