H.B. Fuller is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own direct raw-material categories across Asia Pacific, including China, Southeast Asia, and Australia. The role combines sourcing, supplier relationship and quality management, RFQ and contract negotiation, inventory and payment-term optimization, new-source qualification, and long-term category strategy. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, more than five years of sourcing experience, strong English, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; chemical-industry experience is preferred.
