Description
The IT Business Analyst serves as a liaison between footwear and apparel business stakeholders and technology teams, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and supporting ERP, eCommerce, product lifecycle, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, distribution, and supply chain initiatives. The role includes requirements analysis, process mapping, data analysis, testing, user acceptance testing, system defects investigation, documentation, training, and project coordination. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of IT Business Analyst experience, ERP experience, and strong analytical and communication skills; the position is onsite.
