Mattel is hiring an Audit Specialist – License Analyst Vendor Management in Hyderabad, India, to serve as the subject matter expert for software and vendor license audits. The role manages audit responses, maintains audit risk profiles, analyzes entitlements and usage across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments, documents controls, supports remediation and contract renewals, and leads mock audits and stakeholder training. The position requires on-site work four days per week during the United States Eastern Time zone and seeks a bachelor’s degree plus 4–7 years of software license compliance, audit management, or software asset management experience.
