Description
The Leasing Analyst supports Senior Leasing Managers with lease and asset-management analyses, including deal approvals, budget and forecast processes, TI bids, sell/hold and sale/leaseback analyses, market trends, contractor and commission payments, presentations, reporting, and special projects. The role may also support the MD and Region Head and coordinate with the Fort Washington, Pennsylvania operations team. Candidates need 1–4 years of relevant experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Argus and Microsoft Office.
