Description
Eversource is hiring one Business Technology Analyst to maintain and enhance digital solutions within its Operations organization. The role supports requirements gathering, project solicitation and management, change management, solution testing, KPI and report development, user liaison, release coordination, and troubleshooting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three to five years of electric or gas utility or related experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of applications development and support processes. The position is regular, offers a hybrid schedule with at least three office days, requires emergency storm assignment availability, and may require travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Visa sponsorship is not offered, and the annual salary range is $90,160 to $100,180.
