The Analyst - People Analytics supports data-driven people insights across the employment lifecycle by handling ad-hoc requests from Workday and enterprise data warehouses, compiling and presenting reports and dashboards, supporting ETL processes, and developing AI-enabled analytics solutions. The role requires at least one year of people, HR analytics, Workday analytics, or related experience, along with SQL, Python, database tools, visualization, Microsoft Suite, and business analytics skills. It offers a base salary of $66,500 to $86,616, up to 5% travel, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
