The role supports cross-functional projects, data models, reporting systems, dashboards, performance metrics, analytics initiatives, and strategic recommendations for people operations. Candidates should have a background in People Operations or Human Resources Reporting, knowledge of Power BI, experience with analytical and statistical techniques, and strong quantitative, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
