Description

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking an Analyst, People Technology to join their firm. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the People Team, focusing on talent acquisition, core HCM, compliance, case management, and related Workday processes. Key responsibilities include gathering client requirements, conducting research, collaborating with stakeholders, assisting with Workday configuration and testing, supporting data management and reporting, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: three years of HRIS configuration experience
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and techniques.
Proficient knowledge with Workday or other HRIS configuration.
Skilled at using technology to execute projects.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
Ability to use discretion and exercise independent and sound judgment.
Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
