ZALORA is hiring a Business Analyst to support analysis and lead core projects that improve operations in its fulfillment centers across Southeast Asia. The role involves analyzing operations and large datasets, implementing OMS improvements, preparing business cases, creating process documentation, managing project phases, communicating with stakeholders, and producing KPI reports. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another quantitative field, 0–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellent English.
