TEHORA is hiring an Analyst-Programmer to oversee the Departmental Data Warehouse, including planning and coordinating data refreshes, staging and execution activities, monitoring processing chains, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with other data warehouse layers. The role requires a computer science or related undergraduate degree, at least three years of information technology experience including one year in data warehousing, two years as an analyst-programmer on Oracle data warehouse projects, and proficiency with Oracle 19c, SQL, PL/SQL, and TOAD. The position is hybrid in Quebec City, with up to three days of required on-site presence per week.
