Description
PowerGen is hiring an early-career Analyst, Project Finance Modelling to build and maintain integrated project-finance models for solar, battery storage, mini-grid and commercial and industrial energy projects. The role converts technical, commercial, financing, tax and legal inputs into decision-grade models, supports bids, Power Purchase Agreement pricing, financing structures and investment decisions, reviews third-party models, and produces clear recommendations for investment committees and management. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, knowledge of project-finance debt sizing and covenants, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; renewable-energy exposure and experience with Power Query, VBA or Python are advantageous.
