Sodali & Co is hiring a Shareholder Advisory Analyst to support proxy solicitation across annual meetings, activism defense, and other corporate events. The role involves analyzing shareholder and market data, researching and managing databases, coordinating with brokers and banks, communicating with institutional and retail shareholders, soliciting and tracking votes, preparing client reports and meeting materials, and responding to shareholder inquiries. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field, along with professional or internship experience in a professional services environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
