Zocdoc is hiring a QA Analyst to strengthen its quality ecosystem by validating reported issues, determining root ownership, maintaining triage workflows, and automating data collection and reporting. The role analyzes issue trends, produces quality reports, supports QA enablement, and collaborates with QA Engineers, Product Engineers, and other teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of experience, analytical and root-cause skills, and familiarity with Jira, SQL, scripting, dashboards, or similar tools.
