Description

The Analyst, Real Estate Development will be responsible for providing financial and other support on a wide range of development projects in multiple asset classes. The Analyst will oversee the development, interpretation, and implementation of financial models to evaluate and propose recommendations on investment, development, and redevelopment projects.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1+ years of related experience within real estate development, investment, asset management, brokerage, lending, accounting or valuations.
Preferred Qualifications: General understanding of real estate development process including planning, design, construction, finance and leasing/ sales.
Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of finance concepts and terminology.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Argus is considered an asset.
Ability to critically review financial and project information and compile regular project reports.
Attention to detail is critical for success in this role.
Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with emphasis on relationship building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building consensus, communicating effectively and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented work culture.
