MN8 is hiring an Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to help develop and oversee a risk-based regulatory compliance program for its solar and energy storage portfolio, with emphasis on federal and regional energy regulations. The role develops policies and procedures, identifies and mitigates compliance risks, audits operations, supports Asset Management and Technical Operations, delivers employee training, reports breaches, and tracks compliance actions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least one year of compliance experience, energy-industry experience, knowledge of FERC, NERC, and ISO/RTO requirements, strong communication and analytical skills, and unrestricted U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
