Description
HSBC is hiring an Analyst – Regulatory Reporting to support global, cross-asset-class trade and transaction reporting controls for over-the-counter and exchange-traded derivatives. The role monitors exceptions, reconciliations, quality assurance, pairing and matching; mitigates under-, over-, and mis-reporting risks; escalates issues; develops performance and risk dashboards; responds to counterparty and audit queries; and manages reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions. Candidates need a degree in banking, finance, or risk management, knowledge of trade and transaction reporting regulations, technical skills in ETL, VBA, Python, and SQL, and prior experience in a risk or control environment within a global investment bank or financial institution.
