Description
The Analyst II, GPD Contact Research researches, validates, and maintains professional contact and people data used across Dun & Bradstreet products. The role uses approved open-source research standards to confirm professional identities, job roles, company affiliations, business emails, telephone numbers, and source URLs; documents evidence; resolves discrepancies; and escalates complex or high-risk cases. Responsibilities include maintaining research queues, performing quality checks, documenting research rationale, and contributing to calibration and process improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, at least two years of relevant experience, open-source research skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
