Description
The Analyst – Roster Planning will join the Onboarding Team in Dubai and integrate demand planning, roster management, and roster administration. The role translates demand forecasts into optimized, compliant rosters; validates roster data and system updates; monitors workforce costs, accommodation allocation, service levels, and operational variances; provides reporting and scenario analysis; and improves or automates workforce planning processes. The position requires experience in strategic planning and roster/work-schedule management, financial and analytical capability, stakeholder communication, team leadership, change implementation, and knowledge of UAE labor law.
