Crédit Agricole CIB is hiring a permanent Analyst - Securitization in New York, United States. The role supports the execution and management of existing securitization transactions and the implementation of new transactions funded in asset-backed commercial paper or asset-backed security markets. Responsibilities include credit analysis and financial modeling, transaction structuring and execution, client and external-party negotiations, covenant monitoring, transaction renewals, presentations, due diligence, and transaction booking. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years of experience, securitization experience, and proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Access.
