Carnival Corporation is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Operational Performance & Analytics to serve as the analytical backbone of its Destinations Operational Excellence function. The role develops performance dashboards, KPI architectures, labor productivity models, OPEX and CAPEX analyses, guest experience insights, and executive-ready recommendations; supports the Manning Optimization Initiative; and partners with Finance, destination teams, brands, and internal stakeholders. The position is AI-native, requires in-office work in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area Monday through Thursday with home work on Fridays, and prefers a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field plus Power BI, advanced Excel, data analytics, financial modeling, or AI/automation tools.
