Roark is hiring an Analyst for its Strategy & Analytics function to perform end-to-end analytical work on commercial due diligence, revenue growth, profitability improvement, and other business questions. The role involves sourcing and cleaning data, building analyses, communicating findings to investment professionals and portfolio company executives, collaborating with data science and software engineering teams, and developing reusable tools and AI workflows. It is a fully on-site, five-day-per-week position in Atlanta, Georgia, with a base salary plus annual performance bonus and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) match.
