Description
Arbor Realty Trust is hiring a Structured Finance Analyst to support the underwriting and execution of complex structured loan transactions, including bridge, mezzanine, and other structured financing products. The role involves analyzing borrower and guarantor financial information, building credit models and loan narratives, conducting credit reviews, coordinating due diligence, reviewing third-party reports, participating in property inspections, tracking loan applications, and supporting loan closings and ongoing management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, 1–3 years of finance or commercial real estate experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and up to 20% travel. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 plus a discretionary performance-based bonus, with health coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
