PROXITY is hiring an Analyst Sustainability to support the implementation of its sustainability strategy across its European logistics real estate portfolio. The role covers sustainability due diligence, portfolio assessments, decarbonization and energy-efficiency initiatives, CRREM analysis, ESG reporting, certification projects, data-platform administration, and analytical dashboards. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, approximately 2–3 years of professional experience, initial CRREM and certification experience, climate-roadmap experience, and fluent English; German and additional European languages are advantageous.
