Description
The Loan Servicing Specialist manages the end-to-end construction draw request process, including receipt, initial review, documentation verification, reserve assessment, and coordination with borrowers, lenders, asset managers, and consultants. The role verifies invoices, lien waivers, agreements, and other supporting documents; ensures timely, compliant, and accurate disbursements; identifies disbursement risks; and provides guidance on documentation requirements. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related discipline and at least six months of loan servicing experience or equivalent training and education.
