Description
The Commercial Real Estate Loan Disbursement Specialist reviews, processes, and manages disbursement requests for reserve accounts tied to commercial real estate loans. The role verifies invoices, agreements, lien waivers, and other supporting documents; assesses reserve balances and fund allocation; coordinates with borrowers, lenders, asset managers, and consultants; monitors service-level agreements; identifies disbursement risks; and provides guidance on documentation requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related discipline and at least six months of loan servicing experience or equivalent training and education.
