Description
Trimont is hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist to support commercial real estate loan servicing activities, including reviewing loan documents and insurance requirements, validating Acord forms, following up on coverage compliance, ordering flood determinations, collecting evidence of insurance, processing and quality-checking disbursement procedures, identifying disbursement risks, and guiding borrowers and other stakeholders on documentation needs. The role requires a university bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related discipline, at least six months of loan servicing experience or equivalent training and education, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
