Description
The Payoff Specialist reviews commercial real estate loan documents, prepares payoff quotes involving yield maintenance and interest calculations, obtains payoff approvals, calculates fees and penalties, and completes payoff requests. The role also supports commercial real estate, construction, and problem loans; creates production and quality reports; improves loan-processing procedures; and handles administrative, transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks while meeting productivity, turnaround-time, and accuracy standards.
