Description
The DSCR Triggers Team processes loan triggers specified in loan documents, analyzes property financial statements and financial information, monitors trigger events, escalates complex issues, resolves discrepancies, and notifies Asset Managers, Credit Analysts, and the PSR team through variance analysis. The role requires a B.Com or MBA in finance, accounting and financial statement analysis skills, knowledge of GAAP or IFRS, and strong communication skills. Standard shifts are 7:30 am–4:30 pm in Bengaluru and 8:30 am–5:30 pm in Hyderabad, with possible flexibility.
