Description
The Variable Compensation Analyst prepares, coordinates, calculates, and documents variable pay programs by extracting data from multiple systems, determining incentive payments, and providing analytics and recommendations to leadership. The role supports sales managers and employees, answers questions from finance and sales leaders, identifies process-improvement opportunities, ensures compliance with policies, and records month-end accruals and reconciliations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, two years of relevant experience with large data sets, knowledge of internal controls and SOX requirements, strong communication and teamwork skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
