ARSIEM Corporation is hiring an Analytic Developer to support a government client in Fort Meade, Maryland. The role partners with analysts and mission stakeholders to translate operational needs into software solutions, design and prototype applications, develop Python and Jupyter Notebook-based analytics tools, automate data workflows, and integrate reusable components and APIs. The position requires a bachelor's degree plus eight years of relevant experience, strong Python and Jupyter software engineering experience, familiarity with mission analyst tools, and an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph; U.S. citizenship is required. Preferred qualifications include AI-assisted software development, Java, and Generative AI or Retrieval-Augmented Generation experience.
