Xcelerate Solutions is hiring an Analytic Objectivity and Process Survey Support Specialist in Bethesda, Maryland to support a customer evaluating adherence to Intelligence Community analytic standards. The role involves designing, testing, and administering surveys; collecting and analyzing survey data; resolving technical and accessibility issues; using AI/LLM tools to review free-text responses; visualizing findings; and preparing briefings for senior management and other stakeholders. The position requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, 6–12 years of prior relevant experience, and expertise in survey tools, data analysis, quantitative methods, and data visualization.
