Description
The Billing Analyst performs analytical billing functions for low- to medium-complexity national-account customers, including reviewing billing transactions and unbilled charges, resolving discrepancies, processing third-party portal invoices, conducting client audits, and coordinating with billing peers. The role requires a two- or four-year degree, one year of relevant billing or accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. It is a hybrid position in Windsor, Connecticut, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays, with a base pay range of $20.25 to $23.25.
