Lyten Labs is hiring an Analytical Chemist to develop, validate, document, and optimize analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products across research and development, production, and external suppliers. The role involves quality assurance and control, instrument troubleshooting, method and instrument start-up, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring technicians. Required qualifications include an MSc or PhD in Chemistry, preferably Analytical Chemistry, at least five years of laboratory experience, knowledge of quality management systems, analytical-method development and validation, project management, Lean and Six Sigma, and familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and quality troubleshooting tools.
